Elderly Communities & Apartments

IGB has been involved in several large apartment communities. From full scale apartment remodeling to ground up new construction, IGB has the ability to execute your development in a specific time period at a precise budget. We have developed many projects and will continue to provide healthy and safe housing with gracious amenities for its residents. We have worked on developments in Raleigh, Henderson, and Oxford and continue to finish our projects in a timely manner and with great success to the city’s delight as well as the residents it serves.

Renovations, Additions, & Small Projects

In the early stages of IGB, renovations and additions were mostly all of our work. We finished bonus rooms, basements, and remodeled bathrooms and kitchens. We built decks and screen rooms, poured driveways, and completed roofing jobs. We added on master suites, garages with and without apartments, and we have taken 1 story homes to 2 story. We have renovated homes and businesses all of the area including renovations in high rise condos such as the Quorum Center in Raleigh, NC and Margate Towers in Myrtle Beach, SC. In Raleigh, we have worked from historic Mordecai, Dixie Trail, Ridge Rd., Lake Boone, to North Raleigh off Strickland Rd. and Falls of the Neuse.
